Arizona Congressional Delegation

Washington, DC

Dear Arizona Congressional Delegation,

I’m writing to urge you to take immediate legislative action to prevent the implementation of OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard mandating vaccination at employers with 100 or more employees and President Biden’s executive order mandating vaccination at employers who contract with the federal government. Workers across Arizona are facing a tough decision that should not have to be made in a free country: get vaccinated or get fired.

After reviewing the available data, I personally made the choice to seek vaccination. Nevertheless, I believe that vaccination is a deeply personal and private choice that should be left to the individual.

You possess the Constitutional authority to immediately halt implementation of these requirements through the legislative process. Arizona’s voters and workers will not forget your decision when it comes time to visit the ballot box.

Sincerely,

Brandon DeHart
